Epoxy Floor Applicator

What You'll Do

  • Apply epoxy floor coatings across residential, commercial and industrial sites in Sydney
  • Assist with diamond grinding and surface preparation
  • Mix and apply 2-part epoxy systems including flake, metallic, and solid colour coatings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite at all times
  • Communicate with the team lead and, occasionally, clients on-site

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in flooring, construction, or a hands-on trade (epoxy experience is a bonus but not required)
  • Physical fitness — this is active, hands-on work
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Good communication and a team-first attitude

What You'll Do

  • Support the lead applicator on residential and commercial flooring jobs
  • Help move, set up, and pack down equipment before and after each job
  • Assist with surface prep including grinding, cleaning, and masking
  • Keep the van and tools organised and well-maintained

What We're Looking For

  • Motivated, hard-working attitude — no experience necessary, we'll train you
  • Punctual and reliable with your own transport to get to job sites
  • Comfortable doing physical work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
  • Keen to learn and grow within the business long-term
